Jean E. Brown of Levittown, PA passed peacefully on Easter morning, April 8, 2012, after a courageous fight with cancer surrounded by loved ones.

Born on Feb 9, 1935 in Trenton, NJ she was the daughter of the late Harry and Lydia Mathes.

Jean was 77 and survived by two brothers and one sister.

Jean will be greatly missed and remembered for her unconditional love by her seven children, Rob Brown, Bill Brown and his wife April, Jeanette Ludwig, Russ Ludwig, Gary Ludwig and his wife Ginny, Tony Ludwig and his wife Debbie and Lynn Rinyu. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Lee, Austin, Cody, Olivia, Heidi, Colin and two great grand children, Rusty and Ben.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, April 16, 2012, from 10:00 AM until Words of Remembrance 10:45 AM at the Olde Church of Saint Andrew, 135 South Sycamore Street, Newtown, PA 18940 followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
