Jeffrey DiPaolo of Richboro, died Sunday September 7, 2014 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. He was 78.
Jeffrey was born in Italy and was the beloved husband of Philomena Aulicino DiPaolo for the past 54 years. He was the son of the late Condeloro and Adelina Ardizzi DiPaolo and brother of the late Elia Calabro.
Jeffrey was a resident of Richboro since 1977. He was a graduate of North Catholic High School, class of 1954. A proud veteran of the United States Army, he served as a Medic in Germany during the Korean War.
A man of many talents, his mechanic skills led him to be an independent contractor for Bell Atlantic for many years. He eventually joined Bell Atlantic in 1978 and worked tirelessly until his retirement in 2000. During that time, Jeffrey went to Temple University and graduated with his Bachelor Degree in Business in 1987.
He enjoyed gardening, billiards, photography and was always looking for a game of chess. He was a faithful communicant of St. Bede the Venerable Church, Holland.
In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his loving children and their spouses; Dr. Jeffrey C. DiPaolo and his wife Holly, Dr. David P. DiPaolo and his wife Sue and Diana A. Loren, PhD. and her husband Lewis, he is the dear grandfather of: Nicholas, Dominic and Lily. He is also survived by his sister Elda Pontarelli and brother Vincent DiPaolo.
Jeffrey’s family will receive condolences on Friday September 12, from 10:00am until his Funeral Mass 11:00am in St. Bede the Venerable Church 1071 Holland Rd. Holland. Entombment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to St. Bede the Venerable Church at the above address.
