She treasured countless visits to Cape May, NJ, a place that became very special to her over the years and where she celebrated many birthdays with her family. Dorothy was a wonderful artist. Everyone around Dorothy simply adored her and she was beloved by many in all the different facets of her life. At the age of 62 she moved to Florida all on her own, as it had always been a dream of hers and she showed much strength when she lost her son, one of the hardest times in her life.
Dorothy possessed a strong and steadfast constitution that shined through even in her days on hospice when she amazed medical professionals at how she continued to do well against the odds. Most of all she will be dearly missed by all the many whose lives she touched.
