Richard “Dick” S. Griffith Sr. of Newtown, PA, peacefully went to be with our Lord surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Fox Chase Cancer Center. He was 84.

He was the beloved husband of 60 years to Helga “Sunny” Lensch Griffith.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Richard was the son of the late Stanley H. and Mildred M. Nixon Griffith.

Dick owned and operated Alpha Systems in Huntingdon Valley, Pa since its inception 41 years ago. He was a generous, loving and deeply spiritual person who devoted his life to not only his family but to God, his church, and to a private faith based foundation that he founded. In his leisure, Dick enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting, and most especially time spent creating memories that will last in the hearts of his family for years to come. Dick will be greatly missed by everyone who has had the pleasure to know and love him.

In addition to his wife, Richard is survived by his devoted children and their spouses: Richard S. Griffith Jr. and Carrie, Scott M. Griffith and Diane, Barbara G. Baldwin, and Brett R. Griffith and Kelly. He is also survived by his 12 loving grandchildren: Richard S. III, Jessica, Peter, Brittany, Danielle, Kendall, Colin, Ian, Brett, Avery, Justin, and Lauren and his sister Shirley Hartzell.

Dick’s family will receive friends on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 10:00am until his Funeral Service at 11:30am in Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia, 13500 Philmont Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19116. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery, Huntingdon Valley, PA.

Iselda deLlanos, formerly of Trevose, died Thursday, July 28, 2016, at Neshaminy Manor Home in Warrington. She was 90 when she poetically passed on her late daughter’s birthday.

Iselda was the beloved wife of the late Eugenio “Gene” deLlanos.

Born in Ranchuelo, Cuba, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Ines Sotolongo Martinez and the mother of the late Celia M. deLlanos Brown.

Iselda was a longtime resident of Bucks County, having most recently resided in Warrington. In 1961, Iselda became a proud U.S. citizen while never losing affection for her beloved Cuba. Iselda shared many wonderful Cuban values and traditions with her grandchildren, from teaching them Spanish to spoiling them weekly with Cuban cuisine. She was a skilled seamstress who made beautiful clothing for every milestone of her family’s lives. She was devout Catholic and was a role model of her faith. Iselda will be truly missed by her family and by all who came to know her.

Iselda is survived by her two granddaughters, Allison A. Crognale and her husband Brian (Holland, PA), and Arianne B. Brown (Brooklyn, NY). She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Christopher B. and Morgan M. Crognale.

Jean M. Schaffer of North Wales, formerly of New Britain, died peacefully on July 28, 2016 at Chestnut Hill Hospital. She was 86.

Jean was the beloved wife of the late Robert A. Schaffer, daughter of the late Frank and Hulda Seigle Quinlan and sister of the late Patricia Lippman.

Jean was born in Carbondale, PA. Jean and her family moved to Bloomfield New Jersey where they lived for many years. She was a graduate of Bloomfield High School and continued her education at a Secretarial school in New Jersey and worked for several years as a secretary before marrying the love of her life Bob in 1953.

For over 63 years Jean and her family have lived in the New Britain, Doylestown and Chalfont area. She was a former member of Doylestown Presbyterian Church, worked for several years as a secretary when she was first married and when the children were older; she worked in a shop at Peddlers Village. Jean was the consummate homemaker; she loved being at home with family and friends. Jean communicated and kept in touch the old fashion way, she loved sending cards, and with pen in hand and a Hallmark card, she until till just recently made her family and friends smile when her card arrived.

Jean looked forward to family trips to LBI, taking walks on the beach, feeding the sea gulls. She was a supporter of several local charities and could been seen dropping off food to the food larder in New Britain.

Jean is survived by her dear children; Barbara A. Shinskie and her husband Dan and Gary D. Schaffer. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; Sarah, James and Becky (Jeremy) and 7 great grandchildren.

Jean’s family will receive condolences on Wednesday August 3, from 10:00am until her Memorial Service 11:00am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain. Interment will be held privately.

Howard E. White Sr. of Southampton died Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Majestic Oaks Nursing Home in Warminster. He was 84.

Howard was the beloved husband of 62 years to Ethel K. Mann White.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Earl and Margaret Gerhart White.

Howard was a resident of Southampton for over 45 years having formerly resided in Philadelphia. He was a Union Carpenter for many years and was a proud member of Local #8 in Philadelphia. Howard was a veteran of the US Army and in his leisure time enjoyed bowling and fishing. He will be truly missed by his family and by all who came to know him.

In addition to his wife Ethel, Howard is survived by his two children, Diane and Howard E. White Jr., both of Southampton. He is also survived by his sister Janet Howse.

Elizabeth “Betty” M. Kilmer, of Doylestown, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Pine Run Health Center.

Married for 58 years, she was the beloved wife of the late Grover C. Kilmer, Jr. 

Elizabeth was the daughter of the late William and Isabella Walton Kniese. 

Born and raised in Doylestown, PA, she was a lifelong member of the Doylestown United Methodist Church. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 210 and the Order of the Eastern Star. While family was first and foremost, she loved to bake and enjoyed needlepoint.

She is survived by her children, Grover C. “Skip” Kilmer, III, Elizabeth Ronky, and Rita McDonald; her sister, Catherine Chromanski and brothers, Robert Kniese and James Kniese. She will be missed by her 5 grandsons, 6 great-grandsons, 2 great-granddaughters, 1 great-great grandson; 4 Step great-granddaughters, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Betty’s family is very appreciative of the employees of Pine Run Health Center who cared for Betty over the last 5 years.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Emma Houghton, William Kniese, Frank Kniese, and Charles Kniese.

Regina Ann DeCesare of Upper Makefield died peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Chandler Hall Hospice surrounded by her loving family. She was 60.    

She was the beloved wife of 30 years to George A. DeCesare and the beloved mother of Francesca “Frankie” DeCesare and Victoria “Sissy” DeCesare.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on December 8, 1955, she was a daughter of the late John and Regina M. (Cain) Galatola.

Regina was a resident of Upper Makefield for the past 6 months and formerly lived in Newtown for 28 years. Before moving to Pennsylvania she was a long time resident of Jackson Township, NJ. She was a graduate of Glassboro State College, now Rowan University. She was a trust and estate paralegal and leaves behind many of her colleagues and friends at McCarter & English in Philadelphia. Prior to her time at McCarter, Regina held positions at Bessemer Trust Company and Morgan, Lewis, and Bockius.

Regina’s passion was her family. She loved traveling and attending sporting events with her husband and daughters and especially loved to attend Penn State Football games. She was a lifelong NY Mets and NY Giants fan, enjoyed spending time at the beach and was a huge fan of Bruce Springsteen, attending more than 50 of his concerts.

In addition to her loving husband and daughters, she is survived by her sister, Ellen Galatola of Whiting, NJ, her brother, John Galatola and his wife, Kathy of Jackson, NJ, her brother, Robert Galatola and his wife, Jennifer of Jackson, NJ and her sister-in-law, Georgette Jackson of Jersey City, NJ. She also leaves behind her loving nieces and nephews, Erica Galatola and Jeffrey Galatola of Jackson, NJ, Brandon Jones of East Stroudsburg, PA and Nicole Jones of Bangor, PA.

Russell R. Alexander, Jr., of Warminster, died peacefully on Monday, July 25, 2016.

Russell is survived by his loving sister, Sally Lamb of Newtown; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to call on Saturday, July 30 from 9:00 until the start of the service at 10:00am, at Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd (at Holland Road) Richboro, PA 18954.

Clement P. Repsher of Newtown passed away on July 24, 2016 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne at the age of 60.

Clem was the beloved husband of 37 years to Laurie Schieber Repsher.

Born in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late John and Mary Repsher.

Clem was a life-long resident of Bucks County. He graduated from Bishop Egan High School and later attended West Chester and Drexel Universities. He was a Carpenter with Local 1453 and later owned Remediation Management Services.

Clem later led a long career in financial services, having most recently served as Director of Business Development and Client Planning Strategies with Calle Financial in Newtown. He had earned CLU, CASL, and CFP certifications, and passed several securities exams. Clem had also been involved in his community through membership in the Newtown Business Association, Bucks County Estate Planning Council, Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Newtown, and Council Rock United Soccer Association. He was also a dedicated founding member of the KSBR.

In addition to his wife, Clem is survived by his children Nicholas Repsher and his wife Hiroko, and Meghan Longo and her husband Drew. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren Mizuki Repsher and Joseph Longo along with his half-brothers John and Robert Repsher.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his half-brother, the late Howard Repsher.

Casey S. Gibson of Hatboro, PA died suddenly on Sunday, July 24, 2016, at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was 28.

Born in Abington, PA, he was the beloved son of Roseann Jernee Gibson and the late Stephen A. Gibson and paternal grandson of the late Warren I. Gibson.

Casey was a lifelong resident of Hatboro. He graduated from Delaware Valley Friends School in Paoli, PA, Class of 2007. He went on to further his education at Penn Tech School, a division of Penn State University, in Williamsport, PA. For several years he was employed as a landscaper. Landscaping was his passion and he truly enjoyed all aspects of that line of work. Casey aspired to own his own landscaping business in the future. Casey had wonderful qualities about him. He was loving and kind, loyal and compassionate, helpful and caring. In his leisure time, Casey enjoyed music, dancing, cars, snowboarding, comedy, movies, Discovery channel, Science and informational channels, sports, and loved football, especially the Eagles. Most of all, he was family oriented and loved the special times spent with his family and close friends. He will be sadly missed as a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and true friend to all.

In addition to his mother Roseann Gibson and her partner Robert Edwards, he is also survived by his four sisters, Jana Beaudoin and her husband, Mark, of Collegeville, PA, Kristina Shea and her husband, Eric, of Doylestown, PA, Rebecca Haas and her husband, Kenneth, of Phoenix, AZ, Jennifer Whitman and her husband, Michael, of London, England. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Wilma and John Sanchez of Endicott, NY and his uncle, Robert Jernee and his wife, Lily, of Appalachin, NY.

Richard W. Webster of Malaga, NJ and formerly a long time resident of Bucks County passed away unexpectedly on July 23, 2016. He was 57.

Born in Abington he was the beloved son of Katherine Hallworth Webster and the late Robert W. Webster.

Richard graduated from Council Rock High School and went on to earn his associate’s degree in cabinet making from Bucks County Community College.

A talented woodworker, he was employed by Sparks in Philadelphia specializing in fixtures and displays for retail stores and trade shows. Richard was deeply passionate about furniture making and shared his creations with friends and family who will treasure them always. He was also an avid fisherman and enjoyed boating and fishing on the Delaware Bay.

Most of all Richard had a kind and gentle way about him that will be remembered by all of his family and friends and most especially by his nieces and nephews whom he loved as his own. He will be dearly missed as a beloved son, brother, and uncle.

In addition to his mother Richard is survived by his siblings, Philip Webster and his wife, Karen, David Webster and his wife, MaryJo, John Webster and his wife, Peggy, and Ellen Gustafson and her husband, Richard. He also leaves behind his beloved nieces and nephews, Mary, Courtney, Holly, Sarah, Gregory, Brian, Marlaina, Jack and Sean; and his great-nieces and nephews, Madelyn, Olivia, Cooper, Carter, and Brooklyn.
