Cheryl Ann Soto, died suddenly on Friday, September 2, 2016 at her residence. She was 53 years old.
Cheryl Ann was the beloved mother of Gilberto (finacee Cara), Desiree M. (fiance Sean) and Christine. M. Medina (Charlie).
She was also survived by 3 sisters.
Services and Interment at the convenience of the family.

Pamela Milstein (nee McConnell), 76, beloved mother and grandmother, of Doylestown, PA, died on Sept. 1, 2016 in Doylestown Hospital.
Raised in Gary, IN, she was the daughter of the late Melborne and Ruth Fites McConnell. She was the wife of the late Thomas Sasak of Trevose, PA, Richard Estes of Brandon, MS and the late Harvey Milstein of Cherry Hill, NJ. She is also preceded in death by her siblings, Layne McConnell and Vern McConnell.
Pamela was active in, and previously served as Secretary of the Boheme Opera NJ, was active in the 1960s and 1970s in the Freedom Valley Girl Scout Council and was leader of a Girl Scout Troop. She was active in, and previously served as Treasurer of the Lower Bucks Business and Professional Women’s Club, and was active in several levels of past Republican Party campaigns and was a supporter of many charities.
She is survived by her loving daughters, and son-in-law, Margo and William Ander of Saucier, MS, Andrea Groom of Hamilton, NJ and Nanette Sasak of Doylestown, PA and her grandchildren Stephanie Ander, Catharine Ander, Erica Groom, Kevin Groom. She is also survived by her siblings Courtney McConnell, Bonnie Martin, Gary McConnell, Rita Grosso, Holly Will, Keith McConnell and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements were private for immediate family. Contributions in Pamela’s memory may be made to The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.

Randy Lynn Arner of Lansdale passed away on August 31, 2016 at her home. She was 63.
Born on Long Island, NY, she was the daughter of Stanley and Sylvia Cohen Horowitz.
In addition to her parents, Randy is survived by her Fiancé, Hal Nichter and her brother, Marc D. Horowitz and his wife, Willa, of Hamden, CT.

Charles R. “Chuck” Pool, of Trappe, PA died tragically on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, in Ocean City, Maryland. He was 45.
He was the beloved husband of 19 years to Shannon Krieble Pool.
Born in Lansdale, he was the son of Richard A. Pool of Skippack and Gail Ankenbrand Vickers of Washington, NC.
Chuck grew up in North Wales and Trooper, PA and graduated from Methacton High School in Eagleville in 1990. For the past eight years he has worked with Haines and Kibblehouse and most recently as a Rotating Plant Operator.
His family was his love and his boys were his pride and joy. He loved to spend time with them enjoying outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, boating, and racing cars. His love of family and friends will always be remembered.
In addition to his loving wife and parents, Chuck is also survived by his sons, Dylan Charles Pool and Nathan Wayne Pool, his grandmother Regina Pool Hamilton, his sister Jacqueline Becker and her husband Dave, his nephews, Daniel Charles and Nicholas Andrew Becker, his mother and father in-law; Charles and Melanie Krieble, his sister -in law, Missy Perrine and her husband Kevin and their children Allie, Sammantha and Christian, a brother-in law, Steve Krieble and his wife Colleen and their children Stephen, Danny and Matthew, a brother- in law, Mike Krieble and his wife Sherry and their children Summer and Marissa, a brother in law Robbie Krieble, and a sister in law, Jordan Krieble. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins, along with an extremely supportive group of friends.
His family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, September 3, 2016 from 3:00 pm until his Funeral Service 5:00 pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Road) New Britain, PA 18901. His interment will be held privately.

Lieutenant Colonel John Allen Miranda, United States Marine Corps, Retired, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 29, 2016 at Doylestown Hospital. He was 57.
John was the beloved husband of Jean A. “Jeannie” Miranda.
Born on Governors Island, NY, he was a son of the late Juan and Margaret L. Naugle Miranda.
John lovingly referred to Wilkes Barre, PA as his hometown, although he spent much of his up bringing in Cinnaminson, NJ where he graduated from Cinnaminson High School. He went on to attend Wilkes University and later earned his Master’s Degree in education from Temple University.
John served proudly with the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He served both actively and as a reservist until his retirement after 23 years of service. Additionally, John led a long career as an educator, as both a teacher and coach for Riverside High School and Princeton High School. Most recently he served as an administrator for Princeton Public Schools.
For John, the sun rose and set around his family. He was a devoted partner to the love of his life and “travelling companion”, Jeannie, and an adoring father who simply couldn’t have been more proud of his three sons. He took great pride in creating a beautiful life with his family and for him being surrounded by all those he loved was all he ever needed. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
In addition to his wife, John is survived by his three sons, John Allen Miranda, Jr. (Catherine Rose), Nicky Miranda (Brooke Ford) and Timothy P. Miranda. He also leaves behind his brother, James Miranda (Renee LaFond) and his sister, Jeanine Loftus; sister-in-law, Nancy Andorko (Jim Andorko) and brothers-in-law Jerry Doughty (Kathy Doughty), and Mike Doughty (Angie Patti-Doughty) as well as countless nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

James E. Wynne, Sr., of Chalfont, PA died on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at Abington Hospice Warminster. He was 50.
He was the beloved husband of 24 years to Mary Wynne.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William and Veronica Casey Wynne and brother of the late William Wynne Jr.
Jimmy grew up in the Bustleton section of Philadelphia and was a 1984 graduate of George Washington High School. For the past 12 years Jimmy and Mary have owned and operated the Club House Bar and Grill in Newtown. Jimmy had a passion for cars and motorcycles. He collected classic cars and was a fanatic of custom Harley Davidson motorcycles. Jimmy will be dearly missed by all who have come to know and love him.
In addition to his loving wife, Jimmy is survived by his children; Devyn C. Wynne and James E. Wynne Jr., and his two brothers Michael Wynne of Bristol and Robert Wynne of East Norriton. He is also survived by his many sisters and brothers in law and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Michelle E. Garland of Maitland, Fla., formerly of Hilltown Township, passed away suddenly on Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016. She was 35.
She was the beloved daughter of Robert and Patricia Hofstaedter Garland and dear sister of Brian Garland. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Gerard and Elizabeth Hofstaedter.
Michelle was a graduate of Pennridge High School, Class of 1999. She received her A.B. degree from Rollins College in 2004 and her M.A. from the University of Central Florida in 2012.
In addition to her parents and her brother, Michelle is survived by her extended family, Alvin and Debbie Bumford, Steffany and Patrick McGee, Paul, Diana, Emily, Andraya and Matthew Hofstaedter, and George and Nancy Dickey.
Michelle's family will receive condolences from 9 a.m. until her funeral Mass at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 2, at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 100 Broad Street, Hilltown. Interment will be held in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham.

Jane Louise Eastman (Fritzsche)

Jane Louise Eastman of Warrington, PA passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016. She was 70 years old. She was the beloved wife of Guy A. Eastman of Warrington to whom she was married for 47 years.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Rudolph Fritzsche and Gertrude Fritzsche of Bangor, PA.
Jane graduated from Bangor Area High School in Bangor in June 1964 and East Stroudsburg State Teachers College in East Stroudsburg, PA. She taught elementary school for several years while following her husband / naval officer around in his Navy career. She also worked for a number of doctors’ offices as a receptionist.
Jane was always a ray of light to her family and to all she met. She showed kindness and respect to everyone. At home she was always surrounded by her angels and pet birds. She loved decorating her home at Christmas to bring joy to the entire family. She enjoyed participating in her children’s’ activities in sports and school. She will be deeply missed.
In addition to her beloved husband Guy Eastman, originally from Allentown, PA; she is survived by her 3 dear sons’; Timothy Eastman, Terence Eastman and wife Megan, Theodore Eastman and his wife Kim. Her 2 special grandchildren, Savannah and Mavryk. She is also survived by her sister Carol Quinn and her husband Bill Quinn a niece Laurie Smith (Don), and 2 nephews Timothy Quinn (Laura) and Kevin Quinn (Debra).

Nancy W. Edden of Newtown, died peacefully Wednesday, August 25, 2016 at Manor Care of Yardley. She was 86.
She was the sister of the late Betty Ether.
Born in Abington, and raised in Wyncote, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Gretta (Lang) Worthington. Coming from a family of educators, she was an art teacher in the Neshaminy School District for over 15 years, retiring in the mid-1980s. She was proud to have illustrated anatomy and physiology books. She was a member of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and was interested in the history of Bucks County. She was an avid reader who loved to keep up with current events; and will be missed for her outspoken nature and quick sense of humor.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher and Donna Edden of Winston Salem, NC, John and Kathy Edden of St. Augustine, FL and David and Audrey Edden of Fairless Hills, PA and her sister Dorothy “Tim” Vrooman of Exeter, NH.
In addition, she is survived by her 5 grandchildren (Amanda, Alex, Elizabeth, Joseph, Cotter) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Kathryn P. “Kass” McPherson (Janice)

Kathryn P. “Kass” McPherson of Harleysville passed away on Wednesday August 24, 2016 at Grandview Hospital in Sellersville. She was 87.
Kass was the beloved wife of 61 years to the late John C. McPherson.
Born in Camden, NJ she was the daughter of the late Harry R. and Irene J. Sullivan Janice.
Proudly raised in Haddonfield, NJ, Kass was employed as Executive Secretary to the owner of Campbell Soup, during which time she developed countless long lasting friendships.
Along with her husband and family, Kass lived in Philadelphia before later relocating to Furlong, PA and ultimately spending the last several years in Harleysville at the Birches at Arbour Square.
Kass had a thirst for knowledge. She especially enjoyed reading about Egyptian History and the Pyramids. She also excelled at crafting, including Macrame.
Above all else Kass’ family and friends were always at the forefront for her. Family gatherings for the holidays, summers spent at the beach on Long Beach Island, or simple quiet evenings at home, her devotion to those most important to her never waivered. She couldn’t get enough time spent with her loving children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and dear friends. She will be dearly missed.
Surviving are her 4 sons; John and Lynne McPherson of Perkasie, Gary and Lori McPherson of Wrightstown, Mark McPherson of Warrington, Glenn and Cathy McPherson of Barnegat, NJ. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren: Melissa, Stefanie, Christine, Jason, Kimberly, Adam; her 2 great-grandchildren: Ethan and Natalie; and her sister, Evelyn O’Brian and her cousin, Pat Janiszewski.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Monday, August 29, 2016 from 9:30 am until her Funeral Mass 10:30 am at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Rd., Holland, PA 18966. Her interment will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.
