Ann Moran (Cimorelli )

January 31st, 2017

Ann Cimorelli Moran of North Wales, PA died peacefully on January 31, 2017 at Abington Hospital after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was 64.

She was the beloved wife of Mike Moran for 32 years, and the loving mother of son Michael. Ann is the sister of the late Tony Cimorelli of Quakertown and Lou Cimorelli of Doylestown.

Born in Philadelphia and raised in Warrington, Ann was the daughter of the late Anthony Michael and Louise Lanetto Cimorelli. She attended Archbishop Wood High School. Ann worked for many years at Prudential Insurance Company in Willow Grove, and after her son was born, worked for the North Penn School District. She loved her job assisting the children at North Wales Elementary School as a library aid, where she worked for the past 22 years.

Ann enjoyed music and was a fabulous cook. The greatest love of her life was her family, to whom she was completely devoted.

In addition to her husband Mike and son Michael, Ann is survived by her loving sister and brother-in-law, Jeanne and Stan Mazurek of Quakertown, and many nieces, nephews, in-laws and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901,  from 2:00 pm until the start of Ann’s memorial service at 3:00 pm.  Interment will take place privately.

John J. Toner Sr.

January 30th, 2017

John J. Toner Sr, 83, of Langhorne, died peacefully on January 30, 2017.

John was the husband of the late Claire (nee Jones) and father of the late Kevin M. He is survived by his loving children: John J. Toner Jr. (Maryann), Susanne M. Ansel (Robert), Cindy L. Sherman (Walt) and his sister Patricia Stroyek (Bob). He is also the dear grandfather of 9, great grandfather of 11 and the uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday, from 9:30am until his Funeral Mass, 11:30am in the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Rd. Newtown, PA 18940. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.

Robert T. “Theo” Walker

January 30th, 2017

Robert T. Walker “Theo” of Feasterville passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 30, 2017 with his family by his side. He was 97.

Theo was the beloved husband of 62 years to the late Martha B. Walker.

Born in Meridian, MS he was the son of the late Joseph and Algie Brown Walker, father of the late Deborah Marie Walker, and father-in-law of the late Constance Walker.  

Born and raised in Mississippi, Theo graduated high school in 1939 then joined the U S Army Air Corps where he fell in love with airplanes and flying. During World War II he proudly used his talents to defend his country flying many missions throughout Germany as a bombardier and tail gunner.

After returning from war in 1945 with his experience in the sky, Theo settled in Memphis where he began his career for Chicago & Southern Airlines as a mechanic and flight engineer before moving to Louisiana.

In 1953 Theo took a job with TWA Airlines in Long Island, NY where he primarily worked at JFK International airport. In 1958 he moved his family to Bucks County and continued to travel to JFK International until his retirement in 1981.

Theo enjoyed fishing, photography, and electronics. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Theo is survived by his children, William Robert Walker, Michael Stanton Walker (Deborah), and Claudia Anne Mehler (Mark). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Danielle Walker, Mark Mehler (Heather), Kurt Mehler (Samantha); and his great-grandchildren, Cavan and Ashton.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Friday, February 3, 2017 from 11:00AM with his Funeral Service at 12:00PM at Assumption B.V.M. Church, 1900 Meadowbrook Rd., Feasterville, PA 19053. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Richboro.

John Joseph Ryan, of Philadelphia, passed away on January 30, 2017.

John was the beloved husband of Renate M. (nee Klaus) and dearest father of John J. Ryan (Marcie) and Kevin R. Ryan (Patricia). He was the brother of Florence Lee and the late Catherine, Buddy (Walter), Regina, Joe, Claire. He was also survived by his cherished grandchildren Marcie, John, Sean Patrick and Olivia and his great grandson Declan.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday from 9:00am until his Funeral Mass 10:00am in St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, PA 18966. Interment Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.

Kimberly Burris

January 29th, 2017

Kimberly Burris of Feasterville passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at her home. She was 46.

Born in Meadowbrook she was a daughter James Burris and Maxine Bryant Volz (the late Brian) and partner of 23 years to William Fessler.

For Kim, the most important thing in her life was family and spending time with those who loved her most. She will be dearly missed as a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.

In addition to her parents, Kim is survived by her children, Myranda Kelly and Ryan Fessler, her granddaughter, Peyton Kelly-Clare; and her sisters, Michelle Burris, Brianna Volz, Theresa Newman (Ray), and Samantha Jackson (Jermaine). She also leaves behind her grandparents, Richard and Wilda Bryant along with countless relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 2:00 PM until her Memorial Service 3:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.), Richboro, PA 18954. Her interment will be private.

David Bennett Jr.

David Bennett Jr. of Chalfont passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at his residence. He was 36.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of David and Sharon Craig Bennett and brother of Joseph Bennett and fiancé Ashley Denti.

David was a former resident of the Frankford section of Philadelphia before moving to Chalfont in 2001. He was a graduate of Frankford High School Class of 1998 and lettered in soccer. David was a certified nurse assistant who had worked at Golden Assisted Living in Doylestown. In his leisure, he enjoyed watching and attending the Philadelphia Flyers games. David had a dynamic personality and people often desired to be in his presence. He was always willing to assist others and would lend a helping hand to all in need.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 10:30am until his Funeral Service 12:30pm on Friday, February 3rd in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Avenue (at Sandy Ridge Road) New Britain, PA 18901. David’s interment will follow in Beulah Cemetery in New Britain.

Edith Dudash (Durham)

January 28th, 2017

Edith "Edie" Dudash of Ann’s Choice in Warminster, PA, and formerly a long time resident of Bradenton, FL and Mountainside, NJ, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2017 at Doylestown Hospital in Doylestown, PA. She was 93. 

Edie was the beloved wife of Joseph D’Altrui for over 30 years, and following his passing, the wife of the late Martin Bohlmeyer, and thereafter the late Walter Dudash.

Born in Collins, MS she was the daughter of the late John and Ida Nicholson Durham.

During her years in Mountainside NJ, Edie was involved with several local organizations, including the Mountainside Women’s Club where she served as President.  She enjoyed traveling, especially on cruises, and was an avid and accomplished bridge player.   

Most importantly, Edie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed by her family and friends.  Her easy-going personality, pleasant demeanor and attentive caregivers enabled her to share several more years with her family after overcoming serious health issues.  She brought a smile to everyone's face she met.

Surviving are her children, Joanne Del Monico, Kathryn Masi, and Jody LoCastro and her husband, Rich; her grandchildren, Joshua Del Monico (the late Carrie-Ann), Christopher Del Monico (Cassey),

Justin Del Monico, Kara Masi, Jason Masi (Robin), Joseph LoCastro, and Nicholas LoCastro; and her great-grandchildren, Gabrielle Del Monico, Ali Galjour, Lauren Galjour, Dominic Del Monico, Hannah Masi, and Cora Masi.  Edie is also survived by her sister, Ellen Wilson. 

In addition, she was preceded in death by her brothers, the late John Allen, Floyd, and Clarence Durham. 

The family is forever grateful for the tender loving care provided by Hands with Heart LLC of Warwick, PA, especially Gale, Jane, Kathy, LaDawn, Mabel, Maureen, Nicole, Pam, Sue K, and Sue T.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Sunday, February 5, 2017 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Marian A. Dawson

Marian A. Dawson of Doylestown died peacefully on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Wesley Enhanced Living. She was 79.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John Michael and Delia Green Dawson and sister of the late Joan Mullen and Frances Dawson. She is also predeceased by nephews Henry Dawson, Jr. and Gerald Doyle, Jr.

Marian was a devout Catholic and was very involved with St. Jude Church in Chalfont. She was a generous and loyal friend and remained very close with her St. Hubert High School Sorority group. She enjoyed sewing, painting and traveling. She worked in Philadelphia for Bell Telephone, Eastern Airlines and the Navy Depot.

Marian will be missed by her twin sister, Eileen Doyle (Gerald Sr.), her brother Henry Dawson (Alice), her niece Susan O’Neill (Clark), nephews John Dawson, Mark Dawson (Judy), Matthew Doyle, and John Mullen (Katie), and great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, February 4 from 9:00am until the start of her Funeral Mass, 10:00am at St. Jude Church, 321 W. Butler Ave. Chalfont, PA 18914. Burial will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery also in Chalfont.

Kathryn M. Raynor (Aichroth)

Kathryn M. “Kathy” Raynor passed away peacefully on January 26, 2017 at the Immaculate Mary Center in Philadelphia. She was 67.

She was the beloved wife to the late Edward J. Raynor.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Kathryn M. Rambo Aichroth.

Kathy attended Olney High School and later worked for Spiegel Catalog, Gegnas Chrysler, and Barbera Chrysler.  She was an avid reader and was tirelessly devoted to her family and friends.  She will be greatly missed by all the countless people whose lives she touched. 

Kathy leaves behind her loving son, Jason Raynor and his wife, Cortney; her three sisters, Linda Yankanich and her husband Dennis, Elaine Comuso and her husband Ron, and Diane Abshire (the late Rick Abshire) as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. 

Kathy’s family will receive family and friends on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 9:00 AM until her Memorial Service 10:00 AM at the Wayside Chapel at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1156 Horsham Rd., Ambler, PA 19002.  Her interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.

Ella “Skip” Harverson

January 26th, 2017

Ella “Skip” Harverson of Langhorne passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Attleboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Langhorne.  She was 92. 

Born in Bristol, PA, Skip was the beloved wife of 40 years to Wilmer J. Harverson and devoted mother of the late Kevin Harris. 

Skip had been a resident of Attleboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Langhorne for the last 10 years where she was visited each and every day by her devoted husband.  She had spent her career in retail sales, having been employed by John Wanamaker’s in Jenkintown in the luggage and candy departments.

Skip was a simple woman and was most happy during her countless visits to Long Beach Island, NJ.  She will be dearly missed. 

In addition to her husband, Skip is survived by her daughter, Valerie Rizzio; her grandchildren, Rebecca Clarke (Charles), Brett Harris, and Alexandria and Avery Rizzio; and her daughter-in-law, Ann Harris.  She also leaves behind her husband’s daughter, Barbara and her family. 

Her services and interment will be held privately.
